Dry January

Can you stay off the booze for 31 days? Click here for more information

Feel better. Save money. Make a difference. Your chance to ditch the hangover, reduce the waistline, and save the pennies.

Your mission: to avoid that cheeky after work pint, that glass of wine on the sofa, or that big boozy night out, for the whole month.

Make a real difference to the lives of those harmed through alcohol misuse and get family and friends to sponsor you and raise money for Alcohol Concern.

We want you to be able to go to that party, captain the pub quiz team, head off on that long weekend…. But we want you to be able to do it alcohol free!

When people ask why you aren’t drinking, you can bring them into the challenge as well. Turn it into a competition and see who can raise the most money for your Dry January. You can easily get some fundraisers going and even ask your colleagues and friends to join in.

Find out more, get involved and sign up at Dry January. Download your free guide to this year’s campaign along with fundraising ideas and posters here. We’re also on Facebook at www.facebook.com/DryJanuary or on Twitter @DryJanuary.

We help many local authorities run Dry January in their areas with a tailored programme of support, from implementing the campaign, to evaluating its success afterwards. If you would like more information on how local authorities can get involved in Dry January, contact Gary Wootten on [email protected] or call 020 7566 9800.
