There are a number of things that practices give to patients in the course of their usual activities, which need to have their costs reclaimed from the NHS.
This includes FP34D items
An FP34D is a form that is used for claiming for high volume items each month. It means that practices can claim once on a single form for high volume items, rather than having to submit hundreds (or even thousands) of individual presciptions. It covers the following vaccinations:
- influenza
- typhoid
- hepatitis A
- hepatitis B
- Meningococcal
