Primary Care IT are pleased to announce the release of our IIF alert. This will alert users to outstanding IIF work. If a user double clicks on the alert it will take them to a template where the required actions can be completed. We are rolling these out to customers who request them, please log in to the Subscriber hub (then go to the IIF Resources box) to request install of these resources.

Primary Care IT are pleased to announce that we have added additional searches to our Meds Management folder. These have been developed in response to a customer request where the user wanted to identify patients prior to an external visit by specialist nurses to look at use of catheters, appliances, and associated products. We have become aware of a new issue relating to the CVD-01 indicator. It is no longer possible to select the code ‘Change of medication’, which may prevent some patients from meeting the criteria for inclusion. The other 5 methods of following up a raised blood pressure are still available to use. We are waiting to hear back from EMIS, and have made NHS Digital aware.
